Pregnenolone Acetate is an endogenous steroid hormone. It is the precursor of the progestogens, mineralocorticoids, glucocorticoïden, androgens, and estrogens, as well as the neuroactive steroids. In aanvulling, pregnenolone is biologically active in its own right, acting as a neurosteroid.
