Tianeptine Ethyl Ester Sulfate is an improved salt of Tianeptine. It is not hygroscopic so handling the powder is a lot easier. Since it is not as readily absorbed and excreted from the body, the sulfate salt allows for a more controlled release of the Tianeptine over longer periods. Rather than having to dose three times with rapid peak effects and rapidly falling effects, the sulfate salt allows for one dose to maintain plasma levels in the body much longer than the sodium salt. These improved characteristics make Tianeptine Sulfate a novel addition.
Tianeptine Ethyl Ester sulfate cas 66981-77-9 is a salt of Tianeptin. Tianeptin, a tricyclic compound, is a selective facilitator of 5-HT (serotonin; sc-201146) uptake in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, tianeptin sodium Tianeptine is reported to act as a selective inhibitor of dopamine uptake . Tianeptin does not have a noted effect on monoamine tianeptine sodiumuptake. In a study utilizing purified synaptosomes from rat brain, Tianeptin was reported to enhance serotonin uptake in selective brain regions. Purified synaptosomes were obtained from rats and incubated with tritium-labeled 5-HT and Tianeptin66981-77-9 in vitro . The synaptosomes were then analyzed for uptake and release of 5-HT via a liquid scintillation.
