Acetyl Tetrapeptide-11 is dedicated to mature skin. It specifically targets the epidermis and acts on two constituents that are primarily responsible for cohesion. Speziell, it stimulates syndecan-1 synthesis, a small proteoglycan of which the production diminishes with age, to reinforce epidermal cohesion; and improves the adhesion between epidermis and DEJ through the stimulation of collagen XVII synthesis. This leads to an improvement of skin appearance, radiance and firmness, as were shown in a clinical study. This material is preservative-free.

Acetyl Tetrapeptide-11 is ideally used in anti-age face care, radiant senior skin care, and specific care for mature skin. It is a white powder, with a characteristic odor, is soluble in water, but insoluble in oils and fats.
